The possibility of contributing so that people can feel their best is something that has always fascinated me.

My experience as a physiotherapist spans over 15 years, during which my commitment to helping a person overcome health challenges has grown resolute.

Driven by the need to always give the best to my patients, I pursued an MS.c in Human Kinetics specializing in Biomechanics at the University of Ottawa. I have also completed studies in Global Postural Reeducation, Neuro-musculoskeletal Manual Therapy, Myofascial Induction, Craniosacral Therapy, and Functional Dry Needling, among others.

Musicians’ health has been of interest to me since the beginning of my studies, and in 2018, I had the joy of participating in the creation of the Musician’s Wellness Center at the University of Ottawa.

I’m passionate about physiotherapy and I’m always looking to provide an optimal service to my patients tailored to their needs.

Jaishica (Jess) Yadav holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the United Kingdom (2005), bringing over 20 years of clinical experience across hospital, private practice, and community settings. Early in her career, she expanded her expertise by qualifying as a Pilates Instructor and completing Traditional Chinese Method Acupuncture training (2008), a reflection of her commitment to integrative, whole-person care.

Since relocating to Canada in 2009, Jess has developed a strong focus in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, achieving Level 3 certification, and has pursued advanced training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy (Pelvic Health Solutions Levels 1 to 3), Pregnancy and Pelvic Girdle Pain, C-Section Rehabilitation, and Labour and Delivery Preparation.

Jess takes a biopsychosocial approach to treatment, addressing the underlying drivers of a condition rather than its symptoms alone. Her care integrates manual therapy, targeted exercise, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and dry needling, with a strong emphasis on patient education and building the skills for independent, long-term recovery. Her goal is straightforward: to help every patient understand their body better and return to living actively and fully.
